Full Timing Work
Posted On 11/10/2009 17:47:32
We own our own business, so we are restricted how far and how long we can travel.  We'd like to sell the business and travel full time, but we will need an income.  I am looking for ideas of how to make a decent living and still travel full time.  I already know a cat adjuster is not for us.  Any suggestions would be great.  Thanks for your help.

Great RV Parks

We had to get out of Houston for the weekend.  Trader's Village in Houston is where we stay most of the time, but on the weekends, the flea market brings a lot of trouble.  It is hard to get in and out of the park and the flea market people come over to the RV Park to use the amenities.  We try to take off most weekends so we don't have to deal with the people and mounds of trash.    We tried a new rv park for this weekend.  It is the San Jacinto Riverfront RV Park.  It is clean, the management is strict, but reasonable.  The price for our rv site is a little high, but it comes with a front row river view and a personal hot tub.  I have to say this is  a fabulous park.  We will definately be coming back here.  If you want to be on the east side of Houston, this is the place to be.  It just a little north of I-10.

College Station, TX Restaurant

We were in College Station, TX last weekend.  On Saturday night we went out to eat and found a place called FishDaddy's.  We had the best steak and shrimp there.  The best part was it was only $12.99.  Incredible.  Charles has been talking about it every since.  I think we are going to have to make a trip back there in 3 weeks.  We stayed at a nice park there.  Very, very clean and the owner was so very nice.  It was Holiday RV park.  I asked where the locals go to each and he brought menus to our coach for several restaurants.  It was a great trip.  Hope to repeat it with some good friends.
