About Me
I'm a newspaper reporter and magazine editor who plans to give up the 9 to 5 in May 2011 when my husband graduates with a degree in radiologic technology.

He'll do travel tech jobs here and there, while I do mainly freelance writing on the road.

We're briging two crazy dogs -- a chiweenie and a Boston terrier -- along for the ride.

We have a 1976 Airstream Caravanner and a Thoroughbred Palomino camper trailer. We'll take the latter on our extended travels.

Hey Monica - I just found this site too. I'm back on the road in my airstream after hibernating in Maine for the winter. I spent two years on the road and barely scratched the surface. Sounds like you guys have a great plan!

Hi Monicac,

The crickets are chirping becuase we are all out having adventures. Everyone that I have met from the NuRvers website have been great to hang with and fun to be around. But it seems like we are all doing our own thing and sometimes the conversations online don't happen as much as they should.

Tracy and I went the the Rally back in April and we had a great time. Hopefully they will have another. 

So don't mind the crickets and keep checking in.
