Great day at the rally today! Today was the official kickoff to the rally. Jim and Rene - LiveWorkDream - came in this afternoon, and after we gave them a few minutes to set up, we got Happy Hour! rolling. Ang put together some great gift bags for everyone - goodies held in mesh re-usable produce bags.

Once Happy Hour! got rolling, Josh and Beth - Wineguy - came out to join the group. They are staying at a different park in New Braunfels, but were able to join in the evening activities. Josh donated several cases of wine to the rally, and many bottles were enjoyed.

Happy Hour! moved quickly into our first crowd-sourced dinner (potluck for the analog crowd). We had an interesting array of food, with Damien's chili killing, salad, roasted asparagus, awesome potatos, and some little seafood and pastry cups.

Dinner merged into socializing, and after it chilled a bit outside, we moved in to our rig. Music, socializing, and playing with the dog were the flavors of the evening.

A great day, and we are all looking forward to starting it again in the morning. This is an amazing group of people, and we all feel very fortunate to have found each other. We are looking forward to our last two members to arrive tomorrow - lexmachine and Emmymau.
