I've been thinking about RVing fulltime for a few years, and seriously for the last year.  I've decided I really wanna take the plunge soon.  I will have to come up with an online business or some way to make money on the road, which I have yet to decide on complelely, but I'm hoping I can become a full time RVer in the next 2-3 years.

I'm a soon-to-be divorced, single mom of a three year old boy.  I'm wanting to "unschool" so that is another reason why I'd love to live on the road for a while...I hopefully can meet other unschoolers and maybe find a more inviting town/city to settle in than the one I currently live in...a very rural, conservative town in SE Kansas.

Anyway, just wanted to say "HI!" as I will probably be posting here in the future.

Peace and love!

I am new here aswell, but I welcome you to the family that welcomed me.

I hope you find all you may knowingly be looking for and a whole bunch of wonders that you may not.

Hi and Welcome.

I know what it's like starting out because I'm doing that very thing right now. I just bought my RV and have several upgrade yet to make on it before she's ready for the road. If you have any questions about anything don't hesitate to ask. I've only recently joined myself, but everyone has been nothing but warm and very helpful. Don't let the delay to answer fool you either. Everyone is on the road so they're not always in wifi range to read and answer right away.

Hi there Nomadgrrl,

Being from central Kansas ourselves we completely understand the conservative status quo thinking.  Exactly the thinking that has finally

pushed us to set a date to move on so to speak. Good luck in your journeys.

Hi nomadgrrl!

My husband and I are still in the planning stages too.  Since you mentioned needing to think up online business, you might consider being a virtual assistant.  I had a great link to an agency I would give you but now I seem to have lost it.  Grr.

Anyway, I'm planning on working as a freelance writer with maybe some virtual assistant stuff on the side if necessary.

If you're interested, let me know and I will look some more for that link.
