The NuRVers.com Gathering is now a week past, but the fond memories are here to stay. The Gathering was an incredible success, in thanks to so many people that contributed in their own ways - planning, setting up, organizing, helping with food, cleaning up, poking the fire, pouring drinks, technical support, RV repair... The list goes on and on. Every person that was there gave in their own way.

One of the surprise entrants on that list of thanks is Michael and Christine, the owners of Hill Shade RV Park. They were an absolute gift to our community. They have set the bar high for future RV park owners that will see our Gatherings. I see the first question: Are you as wicked cool as the Hill Shade owners??

@Technomadia reminded us on Twitter that one way to give thanks for being such great hosts is to leave a review on RVParkReviews.com for Hill Shade. If you enjoyed your stay there, please feel free to go and fill out a review for the park. It will help future travelers find Hill Shade, and keep M&C in business for a long time - so we can all go back and hang out there!

Let others know there is a great park in Gonzales, Texas! (links to RVParkReviews)

I have washboard abs. They are just hidden under 50#s of laundry.

Goes both ways.

"We would really like to have our camping club rally at your park."

"Question:  will you make me cocktails every day at 5:00, dress up in costume AND be insanely interesting and diverse?"

I'm looking forward to trying out the place when I take my RV there for it's first shakedown trip. Well, once the dealership gets it in stock.
I void warranties.
