This is probably a dumb question, but when we're hooked up to city water, I noticed a drip at the rear of the coach. There's a drain hose for the fresh water tank, and a second drain next to it, and water drips out of this second drain at a moderate rate.  Shut off the city water (we do finally have a pressure regulator) and the drip stops.  Any idea if this is normal or not, and if not, what might be causing it?

Good question. First thing that came to mind is a low point drain. There should be a quarter-turn valve reachable. Maybe it is inside the house somewhere? Possible the valve is leaking by a bit. Would not happen once the city water is cut off, but would probably happen when the water pump kicks on.

Find anything else out yet?

Is your freshwater tank full?  Any chance it's the overflow from the FW tank?  I've seen some coachs that when hooked to city water "leak" water into the FW tank from the tank fill valve.  If your FW tank is full try draining some water out of it and see if the dripping stops.

Great suggestion deadeye. I am STILL having lowpoint drain issues, and now I think everything is related to that :)

That sounds feasible.  We still have our mystery drip, and I think it does stop when the FW tank isn't completely full.  More investigation is required...
