The NüRVers.com Gathering will be a great opportunity to meet other like-minded RVers in a fun environment. The eclectic group of RVers at NüRVers.com are made up of techno-aware, fun, young, fulltime RVers, as well as RVers interested in going fulltime in the future, or those that just want to live vicariously through the ongoing adventures of others.

The NüRVers.com Gathering will focus on making new friends, roundtable discussions, field trips, crowd-sourced dinners, happy hours, sharing music, sharing adventures, and having a great time!

Activities

Roundtable Discussions: Many NüRVers have been on the road for quite a while, and are always willing and able to share knowledge. Discussion topics will include focus on RVs and travel, campground/area selection, vehicle maintenance, working on the road, internet connectivity, technology on the road, business networking tools, cooking in a small kitchen, and more.

Potluck Meals: Dinners each night will be crowd-sourced (pot luck) style. One evening will feature a progressive Happy Hour -> Appetizers -> Dinner, while others will feature a theme, such as Taco Night and Strong Vegetarian Influence Night! You will be amazed at how creative your fellow RVers can be!

NüStuff Swap Meet! We all carry around too much stuff. The Swap Meet will allow you to bring out your extra stuff to trade/sell/swap/barter/steal from fellow travelers! Last year this was one of the favorite activities of the group!

Happy Hour! NüRVers will host two Happy Hours, and the other two will be creatively hosted by everyone!

Field Trip: Hillshade RV Park is located outside of Gonzales, Texas, and is in striking distance of Shiner, Texas, and the Shiner Brewery! Plan on coming along for a brewery and town tour on Friday!

Giveaways! The NüRVers Party Planning Committee is working on wrangling up some nice giveaways for the rally. Read the bottom of this page for more information on how you can help.

Miscellaneous: The last Gathering showed us a couple of things: NüRVers are very creative, spontaneous, and late risers! We have a great time by being flexible and going with the flow - much like we do during the rest of our life.

Rally Cost

The cost of the rally includes four nights with 50/30 Amp full hook-up site with Wifi, two hosted Happy Hours, NüGoodies (schwag), and more fun than RVers should be allowed to have! Extra days camping are available at a great rate.

$125 for 1 adult in a rig
$135 for 2 adults in a rig
$145 for 3 adults in a rig

If you will not be able to attend the NuRVers Rally in April, we will be having others in the future. Be sure to send in your suggestions on locations and time of year. Lets meet up - that's why we have wheels!

If you would like to help at this Gathering, we are very open to suggestions and donations. If your company would like to donate a small prize (or a large one - we are easy) for a give-away, we would be more than happy to facilitate in the giving away part! We will mention you and your company's name as much as possible, and thank you greatly.

We like the idea of everyone being involved. We like when NuRVers can do business with each other, and support each others enterprises when possible.
