I know nothing about this coach, and have no financial stake in it, but thought I would post it up because it is the same floorplan as mine, and I have had a lot of people say they were interested in this model.

IMO, the price seems very reasonable ($104,950), and it looks to be in real good shape. The rear area has the same cabinet as mine, but without a desk. It is just waiting for the perfect one to be put in!
