A Victory for Trailer Art?

www.tampabay.com - Airstream Ranch just outside of Tampa seems to catch news more about their legal issues than their art installation. Some people call it art, and a constitutionally protected right, others call it junk and a mess and an eyesore.

The final verdict: "They didn't declare it to be art, but they certainly declared it not to be junk". Wonder how much it cost the taxpayers to come up with that decision?
