Singles meeting singles in this lifestye
Posted On 06/24/2008 07:02:40 by jazzylady
Well wondering how I go about meeting other singles that want to hook up for this lifestyle. Too many people out there that just don't understand how you can live FTNH. Don't understand ,that its not all of the material things that make a happy home, that its the journey not the destination! My cup is always half full. They don't understand how at my age of 61 I can just sell everything and leave family and friends and go when and where I want. Oh I think most of them are jealous of me but don't have the guts to try it. For right now I live in midwest durning summer months to be near family and friends and then in Oct. I go to S. Tx. to spend winter. I'm a workamper both places so it doesn't cost me anything to live either place other than the everyday cost of living.Anyhow was wondering if we could start a new thread here and see how many singles are out there and how many would like to start exchanging emails. I have a couple of friends that I have made off of workamper.com See ya down the road, happy trails.

Great post jazzylady! You make some very good points about people's reservations for giving up "the stuff". I think we are fortunate to know the freedom of releasing ourselves of what ends up only burdening our lives. The stuff ends up owning us at some point, but luckily, we have figured out how to get past that :)

I would suggest starting a new thread in the Forum as well - maybe under Introductions. We have met quite a few single FTNH RVers in our travels, so it would be great if we could find some of them on here! Also, be sure to update your map location when you move. You can just put in the zip code of your location to give people a general idea of where you are hanging your hat these days. Ang and I will be in south Texas next winter for a bit. It would be great if we could meet up!
