Can you get cabin fever in a RV?
Posted On 01/29/2010 20:29:50 by AmeriRV
I can't stand the February month in the winter. I call it the dead zone because there is nothing going on in this month except cold, snow, cold & snow. The ever so gradual longer light days just start to happen, so that means spring will soon be here. Amelia sits in the driveway, unused & just as bored as her owners. We just can't wait until we can start the shake down's with Amelia & kayak & just plain have a blast. I can't wait to get where you all are fulltimers, in warmth & sunshine wherever you can follow it....ahhh, the thought of it.

I agree - Feb can suck!! Even in the motorhome, we have found ourselves in cold areas during the winter, and it is easy to get cabin fever in the MH. I spend a lot of time inside as it is, because of work, but I HAVE to get outside and feel some sunshine. One or two days of cold and rain and staying inside is doable, but much more than that will make me cranky.

Crank up the heat, turn on all the lights, and play some Wii Tennis or Baseball to feel like you are outside!!
